Basics and launch

6 questions

Getllmspy measures how AI models mention your brand and competitors, then turns the run into a timestamped report with quotes, share of voice, competitors, and action items.

Not always for a first free check. An account is needed for history, packages, monitoring, billing, and alerts.

Yes, if you are signed in. The job continues on the server and appears in History when completed.

Usually 1–3 minutes, depending on the number of models, provider load, and check type.

  • Brand check — your brand and competitors.
  • Top 10 in niche — a category ranking without one tracked brand.

That is a valid measurement. Low visibility shows where content, citations, and entity structure need work.

Metrics and numbers

7 questions

Visibility score checks whether models mention you. GPI is a 0–100 composite of coverage, citations, list position, and sentiment.

We count brand mentions across selected models and scenarios, then normalize the result to 0–100.

Your share among all brand mentions in the answers for that run.

Scenarios where your brand is absent while competitors appear. They point to content and landing page opportunities.

Quotes are raw model output excerpts. Metrics are aggregates for that run; use multiple runs for trend decisions.

Personal chats drift with history and wording. Getllmspy uses fixed neutral scenarios for reproducibility.

It describes whether a movement is sustained across multiple runs or just a one-off spike.

Models and runs

5 questions

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, DeepSeek, Mistral, Qwen, Llama, YandexGPT, GigaChat, and Alice.

We use current API endpoints and switch after testing major releases.

The same prompt pack runs on schedule so you can track GPI movement, competitors, sentiment, and alerts.

For monitoring and agency workflows, yes. Quick checks use the standard pack.

Default runs measure model knowledge without browsing. Search-enabled modes are interpreted separately.

Reports and data

5 questions

Reports tied to your account are stored for history and comparison according to plan retention.

Yes. Each report has a public link that can be shared with colleagues.

Paid plans support exports. The demo report intentionally has no PDF button.

Monitoring workflows support date comparisons and deltas across metrics, competitors, and sentiment.

Sometimes that is a real model association. If it is noise or an ambiguous name, contact support.

Account and billing

6 questions

Yes. Turn off auto-renewal in Profile; the current period remains active.

If no checks were used in the new period, message @aeads7 and we will review it.

Yes, contact us on Telegram for invoices and corporate terms.

Privacy

3 questions

Prompts go through official APIs. They include brand and category context, not your email or personal details.

Message @aeads7. We review public ranking removal requests individually.

Login is blocked, billing is stopped, and data is deleted according to the privacy policy. Anonymous aggregates may remain.
